Quick Start Part One:

Instrument Setup

1. Power On Instrument
Press ON/OFF button. Display will show the
WELCOME splash screen:
2. Enter FastStart Setup Mode
Press MENU. Display will show the following:
Press RIGHT ARROW twice to select Single
Channel. Display will show the following:
Press RIGHT ARROW twice to select Clamp-on.
Display will show the following:
Press RIGHT ARROW once to enter FastStart
Setup.
3. Input Pipe Data
Press RIGHT ARROW to open pipe material
selection. Use UP and DOWN arrows to select
appropriate material and press ENTER to confirm:

Press RIGHT ARROW to open pipe size selection.
Use UP and DOWN arrows to select appropriate
pipe size/ schedule and press ENTER to confirm:
Press RIGHT ARROW next to Install Sensor to
enter Sensor Installation Mode.
4. Select Transducers
From Sensor Installation Mode, press DOWN
ARROW once to select Sensor Size. Based on
entries in [3], the FUP1010 will recommend
transducers. This will be shown on the second line
from the top:
Press RIGHT ARROW to open sensor selection. Use
UP and DOWN arrows to select appropriate
sensor based on recommendation and inventory.
Press ENTER to confirm selection.

Screen will now populate with sensor spacing, mode, offset,
track type, and linear value. Use Number Offset and Sensor
[x2]
Size information to physically install transducers on pipe:
Follow instructions on reverse to install transducers.
