Specify the [File Name] and location to save the form fi le, and then click [Save].

Enter a comment (Optional), and then click [OK].
Can be entered up to 31 characters.

Click [Print] in the Print dialog box.
The form file (*.ofe) is stored at the specified storage location.

• Even when two or more pages of print data are created as form files, they are stored as one
file.
