Table 3-1 Abnormal Lamp Indication on Line/Trunk Circuit Card
LAMP INDICATION
The OPE lamp on a line/trunk circuit card is OFF.
The OPE lamp lights green but the BL lamp for a line
lights or flashes red on a line/trunk circuit card.
The OPE lamp is OFF on all the line/trunk circuit cards
in a PIM.
Note:
Since the cause of abnormal lamp indication may be poor contact of the circuit card connector, try the
following procedure several times.
1. Extract the circuit card.
2. Remove dust on the connector.
3. Mount the card again.
• The MB key is set to ON (UP).
• Station data (ASDT)/trunk data (ATRK) for all the
lines/trunks is not assigned.
• The circuit card is faulty. Note
• The MB key for the line is set to ON (UP).
• The line is placed in make-busy state by MBST/
MBTK command.
• Station data (ASDT)/trunk data (ATRK) is not
assigned.
• The circuit card is faulty. Note
• INT function is faultly on the TSW/INT card mounted
in the PIM.
• Unit data is not assigned by AUNT command.
• A line/trunk card in the PIM is faulty.
(Remove all the line/trunk cards from the PIM and
clarify the faulty card by mounting the card one by
one.)
