Troubleshooting

There is no ring when pressing the
doorbell button
Check whether there is a battery (type

CR2032) in the transmitter .
Check whether the power outlet being used

for the receiver is working properly .
It is possible that the transmitter is not

synchronized with the receiver . Repeat the
synchronization steps .
Ensure that the signal type switch is set to

the position
The range is reduced
A weak battery will reduce the range .

Change the battery every 12–18 months .
Metal constructions, walls, ceilings or other

appliances that use the same frequency can
affect the range . Try to avoid mounting the
transmitter in the immediate vicinity of any
metal parts .
