WARNING - PROPERTY DAMAGE!
Do not use abrasive or caustic cleaning agents. These can attack the
surface and damage it beyond repair.
NOTICE
Ideally, clean the appliance directly after cooling, so that milk residues can
not dry onto it.
For the fi rst coarse cleaning put some water and a little mild detergent into
the carafe (the whisk used 4/8 is still fi tted). Thereby, pay heed to the
MIN and MAX
Start the appliance so that the whisk ploughs 4/8 through the water.
Afterwards, rinse the appliance out with copious clean water.
For a thorough cleaning, proceed as follows:
Remove the whisk 4/8 from the appliance to clean it and clean the inside
of the appliance with warm water. Add a little detergent. Wipe the interior
with a soft cloth or sponge. Pay special attention to the area around the
drive shaft. Afterwards, rinse the appliance out with copious clean water.
Pull the sealing ring 3 off of the lid 1 and clean both parts in mild soapy
water. Remove detergent residues with clean water and dry both parts well.
Push the sealing ring 3 back onto the lid 1, so that the outwardly facing
sealing lip is located at the bottom of the lid 1 and the inwardly facing seal-
ing lip engages in the groove of the lid 1.
Clean the whisks 4/8 in mild soapy water and then rinse them well with
clean water.
Clean all exterior surfaces, the plinth 6 and the power cable with a damp
cloth. In all cases, dry the appliance well before using it again. For stubborn
soiling use a mild detergent on the cloth. Ensure that there are no detergent
residues located on and in the appliance before taking it back into service.

Storage

Let the appliance cool down completely before putting it into storage.
Wrap the power cable around the cable winder 7 under the plinth 6.
Store the appliance at a dry location.

Do not clean the appliance or parts of it in the dishwasher!
If you do so, the appliance will be damaged beyond repair.
