NOTE 1
For 80 MHz and 800 MHz the higher frequency range applies.
NOTE 2
These guidelines may not be applicable in all cases. Electromagnetic propa-
gation is influenced by absorptions and reflections by buildings, objects and
people.
The field strength of stationary radio transmitters, such as base stations for mobile
a
phones and land mobile radios, amateur radio stations, AM and FM radios and TV stations,
cannot be predicted theoretically with accuracy. To determine the electromagnetic envi-
ronment with regard to the stationary transmitter, an electromagnetic site survey should
be considered. If the measured field strength exceeds the above compliance level in the
location in which the multi-function thermometer SFT 76 is being used, the multi-function
thermometer SFT 76 should be observed to verify normal operation. If you observe
unusual performance characteristics, additional measures may be required i.e. changing
orientation or choosing another location for the multi-function thermometer SFT 76.
Over the frequency range of 150 kHz to 80 MHz, the field strength should be lower
b
than the [ U1 ] /
.
