13. The system prompts you if the QAP test has failed and indicates which portion was affected by dis-
playing messages. The following list provides information to correct the problem.
If the flat-field tests fail, check the collimator blade position and make sure they are fully open, i.e.
the collimator blades are not in the field of view.
If the MTF phantom test fails, a message appears (Figure 14-15).

Check that the flat-field phantom is not in the collimator rail.
Check that the tube and detector are vertically aligned.
Check that the MTF phantom is inserted completely into the grid holder.
