3.5 Transferring Data to the Units
After finishing configuring DNS and Office Data, follow the procedure below to transfer the data
to each unit over the network.
3.5.1

Transferring Data

To transfer the data, make sure that:
• all units are been initialised with proper IP addressing (see "3.2.2 Creating New
Gateways (VoIP Gateway Card)").
• all units are on-line on the network (i.e., connected to the LAN [see "2.2.2 10BASE-T
Cable Connection"]). The data cannot be transferred with RS-232C connection.
Note
If you want to finish configuring the VoIP Gateway Card without changing the setting of the
Hybrid IP-PBX, follow the instructions of Step 9 in "4.1 PC Programming" to apply the new
configuration.
