Check that the bat-
teries have sufficient
charge and replace
them if necessary .

batteries are inserted
correctly in the bat-
tery compartment
Place the batteries
into the battery
compartment

polarity diagram .
Completely unwind
the wire aerial
Try to improve recep-
tion by moving the
wire aerial
