17. Bluetooth mode

You can play tracks stored on an MP3 player or your smartphone on the sound system via
a Bluetooth connection.
 When the device is switched on, press the SOURCE button once or several times until
you see BT on the display.

17.1. Connecting Bluetooth devices

 Switch on Bluetooth mode as described above. Enable the Bluetooth function on your
external device as well.
 If BT does not flash on the display, press
on the device to go to pairing mode. BT flashes on the display.
 Perform pairing on the external device. Refer to the instructions for your external device
for more information.
 Select the name of the sound systems "SPSS 125 A1".
 The pairing process is now complete and the external device can now be used with the
audio system.
 If you want to stop data transfer via Bluetooth, switch off the Bluetooth function on the
external device or press SOURCE to switch to a different mode.
Known devices, which have already been paired once, will be connected again automati-
cally in the future. It is not necessary to pair the devices again.

17.2. Control

You can control how tracks are played, the volume and a range of special functions on
your external device and on the audio system. What functions are available is dependent
on your external device and the software that you use. In principle, these buttons on the
device are intended for control via Bluetooth:
The speaker volume is controlled on the playback device and sound system
independently of one another.
