now executed in sequence.
Some programs start with a preheating phase (see programme sequence table). The
dough hooks (7) do not move during this phase. This is not a fault.
You can observe the programme sequence and the individual work steps through the viewing
window (1) in the cover (2).
Never open the cover (2) during the rising or baking phase to prevent the bread from
collapsing.

12.3. Remove function

This function allows you to remove the dough hooks (7) before the baking phase. This is not
mandatory, but has the advantage that the unaesthetic holes in the finished bread are slightly
smaller because they are caused only by the thin shafts. The bread is no longer torn by the dough
hooks (7) when removing it from the baking tin (8) and is also easier to remove.
Proceed as follows:
During the 2nd rising phase, 10 beeps sound and "RMV"
Press the start/stop button
During this 10-minute pause, the remaining programme time flashes on the display
Open the cover (2) and remove the baking tin (8).
Remove the dough with floured hands and remove the dough hooks (7).
Return the dough to the baking tin (8).
Place the dough in the centre of the baking tin (8) and then distribute it evenly. This
enables you to achieve an optimum baking result.
