2.
Copy folder LiquidCrystal_I2C and TimerOne to
"...∖Documents∖Arduino∖libraries"
3.
Check if library is installed:
Arduino IDE->Sketch->Include Library-> LiquidCrystalI2C
Arduino IDE->Sketch->Include Library-> TimerOne
