Afwaysremove batteries ifthe remote control is not to be
usedfor a month or more. Batteriesleftinthe unit may leak
and cause damage.
ADJUSTING
THE CLOCK
"0:00' blinkswhen the mains lead is connected to the AC
outletfor the firsttime.
Example:To set "7:30",
1. Press the CLOCK switch for 1 or more seconds.

The "CLOCK' and hours displays blink.
If nothing further is done, the time setting mode will
be released after 30 seconds.
2. Pressthe UP and DOWN switches to set the "hours."

3. Press the MEMORY switch.

The minutes display blinks.
4. Pressthe UP and DOWN switchesto setthe "minutes."

7:30
5. Press the MEMORY switch.The clock starts.
The time can be set accurately by pressing the
MEMORY switch when a time signal is heard.
These operations can be done, even ifthe power is off.
When a power failure occurs, the memory contentswill
be retained for one-half day, but the clock will blink at
that time. Reset the time when the display blinks be-
cause of a power failure. Reset the timer ON/OFF times
as well.
