Assembling the Chainring

Refer to the documentation for your crank set regarding how to assemble the chainrings.

Install the outer chainring to the spider arm.
•
Attach it so the right transmitter is on the outer side of the outer chainring.
Do it so the right transmitter is not on the inner side of the outer chainring. Be especially careful with compact cranks.

Install the inner chainring and tighten the chainring bolts.

Refer to the documentation for your crank set regarding the torque for tightening the chainring bolts.
•
Periodically inspect and re-torque the bolt for the chain ring.
