To do the calibration correctly, put a load on the left side crank arm and twist the point where the sensor and the crank are in
contact.

This procedure is only necessary for the left side crank arm. Do this procedure before calibrating if you are using the power meter mode
also.

Mount the bicycle on a trainer or some other safe stand.

Point the left crank arm forward, and turn the rear wheel so the crank arm is parallel to the ground.

Lock the rear wheel with the rear brake, place your foot on the left pedal, and put your weight on it for
about 5 seconds.
Do not put your foot on the right pedal when doing this.
