– When using metal cutlery or other
items, avoid damage to the surface
coating in particular.
– If the ingredients are not properly
speared on the hooks, they may drop
into the hot stock. The hot stock might
then splash, leading to scalds.
Edge of grill cover 2
• Pour prepared stock into the edge of grill
cover 2.
• Prepare ingredients for cooking in the
edge of grill cover 2 by cutting them to
the appropriate size:
– dice with edges about 2 cm long;
– strips about 1 cm wide;
– slices about 1 cm thick.
How you cut the individual ingredients to
size depends on the ingredient in
question and on your personal taste. The
pieces should be large enough to be
easy to handle, but small enough to cook
quickly and fit comfortably in the mouth.
Warning! To avoid the danger of
an electric shock or damage:
– Remove the plug from the mains
socket before starting to clean
the appliance.
– Never immerse the appliance in
water,
and
splashes and water droplets.
– Before
appliance to cool down to avoid
the risk of burns.
Caution! Never use abrasive, corrosive or
scratching cleaning materials. These might
damage the appliance and the non-stick
coating of grill cover 2 and raclette pans 1.
Note: Don't wait too long to wash after
cooling so that the food remains don't dry
on and become difficult to remove.
