fuse (F1) on the
PSB/PSE board
blown?

Check the voltage output
from the CN2 on the
PSB/PSE board.
Is the voltage correct
now?
YES
Replace the main board.
Is the problem
corrected?

Disconnect everything from
the main board. Test the
main board voltage.
