4.1 Cleaning

1. Prior to cleaning, disconnect the power supply
of your appliance by unplugging it or turning
off the fuse.
2. Vapor and vaporized cleaning materials should
never be used for cleaning purposes, water
shouldn't be directly sprayed on the product.
In such cases, the vapor or water droplets
might get in contact with the electrical parts
in your appliance and cause short circuit or
electric shock.
3. Clean the outer surfaces of your appliance
with a soft cloth or sponge soaked with carbo-
nated warm water (soda). Wring well the cloth
or sponge before use. Never use scratching or
corrosive materials (thinner, bleaching liquid,
powder detergent).
4. Never use chemical substances or detergents
that are harmful to health while cleaning the
water reservoirs.
5. Vacuum-clean or brush the dusts at the back
of the appliance once a year. If the condenser
is covered with dust or foreign substances,
clean it with a soft cloth soaked in water.
6. Completely dry the appliance after cleaning.
7. The promotion label stuck on the door of your
appliance can be removed (period for remo-
ving is 1 year). To remove this label, pull it up
from one corner and pull towards the opposite
direction. If the label is torn into pieces, do not
scratch the remaining pieces; remove the re-
maining traces of the label by wetting with the
aid of a wet sponge.
C
