Connecting the Wires
1. Connect a headlamp cable to the left headlamp by
passing the end with just the pins through the hole
in the headlamp body from the inside so that the
connector is inside the lamp
2. Connect the connector to the headlamp.
3. Fit the loose connector to the pins on the other end of
this connector.
Note: Push the connectors into the plug as shown
in Figure 15.

4. Pass the connector lead through the hole in front of
the chassis towards the cutter manifold and locate the 2
connectors on the main wiring loom.
5. Feed the three connectors through the plastic
protective sheath and plug the front marker light,
front indicator light, and headlamp cables into the
connectors, matching the wire color to the location
shown in Figure 16
Note: Cut the plastic sheath in half to protect both
the left and the right connectors.
Important: Make sure that the connections are
correct.
