Click <OK> to cancel the login password. If you restart the ETS maintenance
software, the system will not prompt you any more to enter the login
password.
Communication Port Setting
Communication port setting is used to set port type, port number and baud rate. Follow
these steps to configure communication port parameters.
Enter the login password in the [Password] box.
Select port type (only supporting serial port) in the [Port Type] drop-down list.
Select serial port number (only supporting COM1 and COM2) in the [Port Num]
drop-down list.
Select baud rate (only supporting 115200) in the [Baud Rate] drop-down list.
Click <OK> to enable the communication port setting.

If a login password is enabled, to modify any parameter in the system configuration window, you must
enter the login password first.

3.2.3 Software Upgrade

The software upgrade function is to download a new terminal software version. There are
two download modes: normal download and forcedly download, as shown in Figure3-2 .
