Solution
2. Isolate the customer's cable.
• If the insulation resistance of the PDC is
less than 20 megohms, the insulation of the
PDC does not meet the requirement. Check
the circuits one by one to locate and rectify
the circuits with insulation faults.
If the insulation resistance of the PDC is

greater than 20 megohms, the insulation of
the customer cables does not meet the
requirement. Check the circuits one by one to
locate and rectify the circuits with insulation
faults.
1. Set transformation ratio based on the actual
rated current.
2. Check that cables to the corresponding
current transformer and voltage collector are
properly connected.
3. If cables are correctly connected, check the
current transformer. If the current
transformer is faulty, replace it.
4. If the circuits and current transformer are
normal, check whether the PD510 is faulty. If
the PD510 is faulty, replace the PD510.
1. Check that cables to the indicators are
properly connected.
2. If the cables are properly connected, check
the indicators. If the indicators are faulty,
replace them.
