Access Easy Controller
PROBLEM 2: You are stranger.
PROBLEM: Invalid Access - Browser was unable to determine your identity.
Symptom: After entering a user name and password, and clicking on the Login button, a mes-
sage box is displayed indicating, "You are stranger!" When you click on OK to acknowledge
this message, a web page is displayed indicating "Invalid Access - browser was unable to
determine your identify."
Possible cause:
Cookies are probably disabled on the browser.
PROBLEM 3: Applet is loading, please wait.
PROBLEM: Applet not loaded.
Symptom: From the Access Easy Controller login screen, a warning box containing the mes-
sage "Applet is loading, please wait" or "Applet not loaded" is displayed when you click on the
Login box after entering a user id and password.
Possible cause:
Speedy typing may have caused this. You probably clicked Login before the Login screen and
its underlying software were fully loaded. There is a small program that needs to be loaded
along with the login screen. This program is used to encrypt your password for transmission
over the network to the controller.
To correct his problem, simply click OK to close the warning window; then click on the Login
button again.
PROBLEM 4: No such user name.
Symptom: From the Access Easy Controller Login screen, the message "No such user name" is
displayed when you click on the Login box after entering a user id and password.

With Internet Explorer, click View, Internet Options; then select the Advanced tab. Scroll
down the list until you get to the Security section. The Cookies setting is probably set for
Disable all cookie use. Change this setting to another option; then click Apply to activate
the change. Now, close and reopen Internet Explorer to establish a new connection the
Access Easy Controller.
With Netscape Navigator, click Edit, Preferences. Then, under the Category heading on
the left side of the Preferences screen, select Advanced. On the Advanced page, check
the Cookies section. The Cookies configuration is probably set to Disable cookies.
Change this setting to another option; then click OK to activate the change. Now, close
and reopen Netscape Navigator to establish a new connection to Access Easy Controller.
