Using the Timer
Using the timer to sound an alarm (count down timer)
4 Use the Up or Down button to select Countdown Timer.
5 Press the Right or Enter button.
The Countdown timer menu is displayed.

6 Set the time using the Up, Down, Left, Right and Quick
buttons.
Left:
Right: Moves the selection location to the right. Minutes (in tens)
Up:
Down: Decreases the value in the selected location.
Quick: Clears the settings.

7 Press the Enter button.
Moves the selection location to the left. Minutes (in tens) >
Seconds (in seconds) > Seconds (in tens) > Minutes (in
minutes) > Minutes (in tens).
> Minutes (in minutes) > Seconds (in tens) > Seconds (in
seconds) > Minutes (in tens).
Increases the value in the selected location.
