4. After descaling, rinse the limescale fil-
ter 1 well. Place it into the intended re-
cess in the kettle 2 and press it down
and outwards.
5. Release the downward pressure so that
the limescale filter 1 will lock in place at
the top in the recess.
Time intervals for descaling
The intervals for descaling are dependent
on the hardness of the water, and how often
you use the device. Where the hardness of
the water is medium or high, we recommend
descaling monthly.
If using tap water, you can find out the hard-
ness of the water in the area where you live
by inquiring at your local waterworks.
