5.2 Mounting the Motor with
Coupling
Mounting the coupling
•
Push the coupling (1) onto the drive
journal. Make sure the mounting
orientation is correct: The diameters
of the bores in the coupling and the
drive journal must match up.
•
Adjust dimension A and tighten the
two fastening screws (2) (tightening
torque M
).

Loosely premount the flange (3) on
the pillow block.
•
Check dimension B.
•
Screw down the motor mount to the
pillow block using four screws (4)
(tighteningtorque M
).

Mounting the motor
•
Push the motor (5) into the locating
feature of the motor mount and
coupling and screw down on the
pillow block housing using four
screws (6) (tightening torque M
•
Tighten the fastening screws (7)
on the motor side of the coupling
(tightening torque (M
). If necessary,

release the motor brake and move
the nut enclosure (8) so that the drive
journal turns (9).

5.2 Montage du moteur avec
lanterne d'accouplement
Montage de la lanterne
d'accouplement
•
Glisser le moyeu d'accouplement (1)
sur l'arbre moteur. Vérifier que la situa-
tion de montage est bonne :
les diamètres des trous du moyeu
d'accouplement et de l'arbre moteur
doivent être alignés les uns par rap-
port aux autres.
•
Régler la dimension A et serrer les
deux vis de fixation (2) (couple de
serrage M
).

Prémonter la lanterne (3) sur le boîtier
à palier, ne pas serrer.
•
Contrôler la dimension B.
•
Visser la lanterne sur le boîtier à palier
avec 4 vis (4) (couple de serrage
M
).

Montage du moteur
•
Introduire le moteur (5) dans le cen-
trage de la lanterne et de l'accouple-
ment ; fixer la bride du moteur sur la
lanterne avec quatre vis (6) (couple de

l'accouplement du côté moteur

Le cas échéant, desserrer le frein
moteur et déplacer le chariot (8)
pour faire tourner la sortie d'arbre

5.2 Montare il motore con il
giunto

Introdurre il giunto (1) sul codolo di
azionamento. Fare attenzione alla
giusta posizione di montaggio: i
diametri del foro nel giunto e del
codolo di azionamento devono essere
allineati l'uno all'altro.
•
Regolare la misura A e serrare le due
viti di fissaggio (2) (coppia di serrag-
gio M

Premontare la flangia (3) nella scatola
del supporto.

Controllare la misura B.
•
Avvitare saldamente la flangia con
quattro viti (4) alla scatola del suppor-
to diritto (coppia di serraggio M
Premontare il motore

Introdurre il motore (5) nella centratu-
ra della flangia e del giunto; avvitare
saldamente alla scatola del supporto
diritto con quattro viti (6) (coppia di

Serrare le viti di fissaggio (7) del
giunto sul lato rivolto verso il motore
