5.4 Mounting the Motor with
Timing Belt Side Drive
Mounting the protective profile
•
Screw down the protective profile (1)
of the timing belt side drive on the
pillow block housing.
Mounting the first belt sprocket
•
Lightly oil the tensioning unit (1).

Do not use oil with MoS
additives!
Tensioning unit type 1:
•
Insert the tensioning unit (1) into the
belt pulley (2) and drive screws
into the tapped holes in the belt
pulley.
•
Push the belt pulley with fitted
toothed belt and tensioning unit onto
the drive journal.
•
Adjust clearance A to the protective
profile.
•
Tighten the screws on the tensioning
unit.
Tensioning unit type 2:
•
Insert the tensioning unit into the belt
pulley. The tensioning elements
must be completely inserted into the
bore of the belt pulley.
•
Push the belt pulley (2) with fitted
toothed belt and tensioning unit onto
the drive journal.
•
Lightly tighten the screws.
•
Adjust clearance A to the protective
profile.
•
Tighten the screws on the tensioning
unit cross-wise in several equal steps
until the tightening torque given in the
table is reached.

Montage du profilé de protection
•
Fixer le profilé de protection (1) du
renvoi par poulie et courroie sur le
boîtier à palier.
Montage de la première poulie
•
Huiler légèrement la frette de serrage
(1).

Frette de serrage type 1 :
•
Glisser la frette de serrage (1) dans
la poulie (2), visser les vis dans les
filetages de la poulie.
•
Introduire la poulie (2) avec la courroie
crantée et la frette de serrage sur
la sortie d'arbre moteur.
•
Régler l'écart A par rapport au profilé
de protection.
•
Serrer les vis sur la frette de serrage.
Frette de serrage type 2 :
•
Glisser la frette de serrage dans la
poulie. Les éléments de serrage
doivent être entièrement introduits
dans l'alésage de la poulie.
•
Introduire la poulie (2) avec la courroie
crantée et la frette de serrage sur
la sortie d'arbre moteur.
•
Serrer légèrement les vis.
•
Régler l'écart A par rapport au profilé
de protection.
•
Serrer les vis en croix de manière
régulière en plusieurs étapes jusqu'à
ce que les couples de serrage selon
le tableau soient atteints.

Avvitare saldamente il profilato di pro-
tezione (1) della trasmissione a cinghia
e puleggia che si trova sulla scatola
del supporto diritto.
Lubrificare leggermente con olio il
calettatore (1).
Non utilizzare olio lubrificante

Infilare il calettatore (1) nella puleggia
della cinghia (2), avvitare le viti nelle
filettature della puleggia della cinghia.
Calzare la puleggia con la cinghia
montata e il calettatore sul codolo di
azionamento.
Regolare la distanza A dal profilato di
protezione.
Serrare le viti che si trovano nel calet-
tatore.
Introdurre il calettatore nella puleggia
della cinghia. Gli elementi calettatori
devono essere introdotti interamente
nel foro della puleggia della cinghia.
Calzare la puleggia (2) con la cinghia
montata e il calettatore sul codolo di
azionamento.
Serrare leggermente le viti.
Regolare la distanza A dal profilato di
protezione.
Serrare a croce le viti a più stadi in
modo uniforme fino a raggiungere
le coppie di serraggio previste nella
tabella.
