1. Log in to the WebUI of the ECC controller as an administrator and choose Monitoring > Air
Conditioner > NetCol5000-A0101 to enter the settings page.
2. Click Controls > Control Information, choose On/off status on EMS > ON, and then click
Submit.
3. On the Controls > Control Information page, choose Diagnostic Mode > Enable and click
Submit.
4. Choose Running Parameters > Diagnostic Mode Parameters, on the Diagnostic Mode
Parameters page, set EEV Opening of the electronic expansion valve to 300step, set Liquid
Solenoid Val to Open and click Submit, then keep that for 30s to allow for the positive
pressure inside the refrigerant pipe of the indoor unit.
5. (Optional) Choose Running Parameters > Diagnostic Mode Parameters. Then choose Elec
heater manual control > Open and click Submit.
Check that the indoor fan operates properly without alarms.
If hot air blows out from the air exhaust vent of the fan after a period of time, the electric
heater runs properly. In this case, choose Elec heater manual control > Closed and then
click Submit.
6. (Optional) Commission the wet film humidifier.
On the Diagnostic Mode Parameters page, set Inlet solenoid man ctrl to Open and
click Submit. Check that the water inlet pipe does not leak and the humidifier float works
properly. Choose Inlet solenoid man ctrl > Closed and then click Submit.
Choose Humidifier film man ctrl > Open and click Submit. Then choose Running Info >
Humidifier Information > Humidifier pump ctrl and check that the humidifier water
pump is open and water flows down along the wet film. Choose Humidifier film man
ctrl > Closed and then click Submit.
7. Commission the condensate pump. Lift the low liquid level detector. After 5 seconds, when
you hear the water pump operating sound, lay down the low liquid level detector. (It is
normal if a pump alarm is generated when there is no water in the pan. The pump generates
this alarm for self-protection and this alarm needs to be cleared manually.)
8. Commission the compressor. If required charge refrigerant, perform the following steps.
