On the Diagnostic Mode Parameters page, set Comp manual control to 0 rpm.
8. On the Diagnostic Mode Parameters page, set Outdoor fan output man ctrl to 50% and
click Submit.
Check that the outdoor fan operates properly without alarms.
On the Diagnostic Mode Parameters page, set Outdoor fan output man ctrl to 0% and
click Submit.
9. On the Controls > Control Information page, choose Diagnostic mode > Disable and click
Submit.

Monthly Maintenance Task
Check that the water pan filter is clean and
not blocked.
Check that the condensate pan and liquid
level detector have no dirt or scale.
Check that the humidifier float has no dirt
or scale.
Check that the return air filter is clean and
not blocked.
Check that the return air filter is not
damaged or distorted.
Check that no foreign matter exists on the
evaporator surface.
Check that the water inlet pipe valve is open.
When the smart cooling product is on,
choose Diagnostic Mode > Enable on the
Control Information page, and click
Submit.
1. Click Running Parameters and select
Diagnostic Mode Parameters. On the
Diagnostic Mode Parameters page, set
Inlet solenoid man ctrl to Open and
click Submit. Check that there is water in
the humidifier water pan.
2. On the Diagnostic Mode Parameters
page, set Inlet solenoid man ctrl to
Closed, set Humidifier film man ctrl to
Open, and then click Submit. Choose
Running Info > Humidifier Information
> Humidifier pump ctrl, and check that
the humidifier water pump is open and
water flows down along the wet film.

Troubleshooting
Take out the filter and
clean it with water.
Clean up the dirt and scale
from the condensate pan
and liquid level detector.
Clean up the dirt and scale
from the humidifier float.
Clear the air filter.
Replace the filter if it is
damaged.
Remove foreign matter.
1. If there is any alarm for
the wet film humidifier,
clear the alarm first.
2. If the filter on the
humidifier water pan is
dirt or blocked, clean
the filter with water.
