8.5.5 To remove the soft start unit and the
electronic filter (S 36)
WARNING: Use approved personal protection
when you remove the HEPA filter. Refer to
replace the HEPA filter on page 17 .
1. Remove the hoses from the HEPA filters.
2. Loosen the nuts and pull the HEPA filters up. Put the
HEPA filters in a sealed container.
3. Remove the motor tube gaskets.

4. Spray glass cleaning agent on the tubes to make it
easy to remove the top of the motor housing.

5. Remove the 3 screws and remove the top of the
motor housing.
