Copying fi les from an MP3 CD
You can copy individual tracks from an MP3 CD to an external USB data medium
or an SD/MMC memory card.
Place a storage medium into the card slot
the USB port
During playback of a track from an MP3 CD, hold down the SCAN/REC
button
medium connected onto which recordings can be made, NO MEDIA will be
displayed.
Press the SCAN/REC button several times or turn the multi-controller
to select either the copying option COPY USB (copying onto a USB data
medium) or COPY MMC (copying onto a SD/MMC card).
Start the copy process by pressing the SCAN/REC button.
During the copy process, COPY appears on the display
indicator from 01–100 shows the copying progress. The display COPY 100 indicates
that the copying process is fi nished and playback of the MP3 track resumes.

Connecting an external audio device to the device

Open the protective cover of the AUX connection.
Connect the audio output of an external audio device (e.g. an MP3 player)
via a 3.5 mm stereo jack plug to the AUX socket
the device.
Select playback of the audio input by pressing the MD/LD button
several times until AUX is shown on the display.
