DHCP
DHCP is the default option and is used when connecting directly to a broadband modem
that offers dynamic IP addressing or when behind a router/DHCP server configured for
DHCP.

Main Screen> Settings > Network > Address > DHCP
Your Internet Service provider may require you to provide a host
name to connect to the Internet. If this is required, you can enter
it here.
MAC (Media Access Control) is an unique identifier for the
MAC:
Ethernet network hardware of your DVC-2000. If you need to
know the MAC address of your DVC-2000, it can be found on
this screen.
