2-2-5. PS-686 Board
Removal
1. Remove the top cover assembly.
(Refer to steps 1 to 3 in Section 1-4-1.)
2. Remove the MS-73 board.
(Refer to steps 2 and 3 in Section 2-2-3.)
3. Disconnect the harness from the connectors
(CN104, CN107, CN108, and CN201 to
CN204) on the PS-686 board.
4. Remove the five screws.
5. Remove the PS-686 board from the connector
CN2401 on the CPU-382 board.
Installation
6. Reinstall the PS-686 board in the reverse
order of steps 3 to 5.

Be sure to connect the connector CN106 on
the PS-686 board to the connector CN2401
on the CPU-382 board.
7. Reassemble the unit in the reverse order of
steps 1 and 2.
