11. Trouble shooting

Problems
1. Switch doesn't work (Or switched off on LCD panel)
2. Fuse(s) burnt

Reasons How to solve
1. Check switch (Turn on by touching LCD key)
2. Check fuse(s)
3. Check heater
4. Check control board and NTC
5. Check wiring
1.Check switch (Turn on by touching LCD key)

5.Check the temperature of condenser, hot
means refrigeration sys works
6.Check wiring
1. Check O rings of the stick, reinstall the probe
assembly
2. Check air pump and it's wire connection
3. Check control board
4. Check float switch and float assembly
1.Check float assembly, check baffle plate
inside the water reservoir
2.Check silicone tube
1.Use dbmeter check if it is too high
2.Check voltage is 220V or not.
1.Check voltage and frequency
2.Hold the condenser by hand, if the noise
disappear, then put rubber pad between
condenser and side panel
1.Check the installation, especially the soft
sleeve
2.Take apart the probe assembly to see if it is
normal, then change a new one.
1.Change new bottled water and clean the
cooler.
2.Flush the cooler for a few times with boiling
treatment according to the taste treatment
instruction.
1.Check the probe and O rings, then reinstall
2.Check door switch and float switch
3.Check transformer(Check if the LED light
work) and control board
4.Check wire connection
1.Check wire connection
2.Change control board
Change hinge plate or add washer above the
hinge shaft
Rectify the corner diagonally according to the
instruction of "How to fix the door gap"
