※1）Please detach A between socket and insulator 10mm or more.
※2) Refer to the specifications for length L1 , L2 .
※3) The probe should be touched directly by hand without grounding
while being energized.
※4) Please be sure to connect earth terminal.
※5) Please tighten the Bolt and Nut when you install it.
※6) Please make sure that the lead outlet is firmly closed so that
the outside air does not invade inside the unit.
Where it is connected by piping construction such as conduit system,
please apply putty and so on to the lead cable entry so that the
outside air does not invade inside the unit.
