Alarm Possible Causes
Severity
Major Cause ID = 1
The power grid
voltage drops
dramatically or the
power grid is short-
circuited. As a
result, the inverter
transient output
current exceeds the
upper threshold,
and protection is
triggered.

The DC component
of the inverter
output current
exceeds the upper
threshold.
Major Cause ID = 1
The insulation
impedance of the
input side to PE
decreases when the
inverter is
operating.

Troubleshooting
1. The inverter monitors its external
operating conditions in real time and
automatically recovers after the fault
is rectified.
2. If the alarm persists and affects the
energy yield of the PV plant, check
whether the output is short-circuited.
If the fault cannot be rectified,
contact your dealer or Huawei
technical support.
