Things to Check before Reporting a Malfunction
• If you set the quality or resolution of the video too high,
the video may be interrupted or play slow. Select the
optimized settings in consideration of the performance of
your network.
• The video may be interrupted or play slow when there is a
heavy traffic load on the network. Remove the device that
cause such a heavy traffic or make changes to settings to
prevent such a surge of the traffic.
• The video may be interrupted or play slow when there
are a number of other applications running in the client
computer. When using LG IPSOLUTE or Smart Web Viewer,
try not to use any other software in your computer.
• If you cannot access to the multicast streaming, check
the multicast settings. The IP address and port number
should not be the same with any other device. Also,
set your router or other network equipment to support
multicasting by contacting your network administrator.
• If you see grey lines in the video, update the driver
software of your graphic card to the latest version.

My audio is not working.
• Check if your computer is equipped with a sound card
or other sound related components. See if you're your
speakers and microphones are connected properly.
• See if your sound card supports Full duplex.
• Check the volume setting of your computer. If the volume
is set to 'Mute, ' deactivate the Mute mode to play sounds.
• To listen to the audio source from Smart Web Viewer, the
Speaker button should be activated.
• In order to use the bidirectional audio feature, you need
to have a microphone connected to your computer and
the bidirectional audio button on Smart Web Viewer must
be activated.
