D D D D Service fire suppression system
The fire suppression system, including alarms, shutdown, and associated equipment,
shall be thoroughly examined and checked for proper operation by the fire suppression
system manufacturer, authorized distributor, or the designee in accordance with the Ansul
Maintenance Manual.
NOTE! For other than Ansul systems, have the system serviced by an authorized system
supplier or dealer.
Always follow the local regulations.
D D D D Change hydraulic fluid
Clean hydraulic oil tank.
Check for correct positive tank pressure,
0.3 bar at operating temperature.
If electrical filling pump can be used (option),
the oil tank can also be filled by fast
coupling.
WARNING
After filling the hydraulic tank, bleed ALL air
from the suction towers to avoid pump
cavitation.
3.7. Every 1500 hours
D D D D Check engine tuning
Check valve clearances.
Check injector heights.
