Quick Installation Guide
The FDT2108D-576 cannot be installed against the wall because it is operated from both the
front and the back. Furthermore, enough space must be reserved for installation.
Step 2 Plan the ground size required by the concrete base.
Step 3 a) Plan the dimensions of the concrete base, and build the base. b) Determine the installation
positions using the marking-off template, drill Φ16 mm holes at the planned positions using a
hammer drill, and install expansion bolts.
Issue 02 (2021-06-15)
Ensure that the thickness (T) of the manhole (or handhole) concreted with the base complies with the
local construction standard.
If a local construction standard is not available, refer to China's standard: T = 200 mm (for large or
medium manholes); T = 150 mm (for small manholes); T = 75 mm (for handholes).
There are no special requirements on the height (H), width (W), or depth (D) of the manhole (or
handhole).
