TESTING AND ADJUSTING

INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE
To use the machine safely, and to prevent failures before they occur, always carry out checks before starting and
periodic maintenance.
The locations for periodic inspection are as shown in the diagram below.
Cracks at end of weld (checks before starting).
Play, wear of pins (every 1000 Hours).
Furrows in base metal (checks before starting).
