16. Troubleshooting

If your device fails to function as required, please go
through this checklist first. Perhaps it is only a minor prob-
lem and you can solve it yourself.

17. Recipes

Herb quark
250 g farmer's cheese, 40 % fat content in dry matter
125 g natural yoghurt
2-4 finely chopped cloves of garlic
100 g cucumber
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
approx. 30 g mixed herbs (deep-frozen)

Remove the pips (the core) of the cucumber and dice
the cucumber.

Put all ingredients into the working container 9. Posi-
tion the lid 3 and mix for approx. 20 seconds.

Season to taste with salt and pepper if necessary.
NOTE: use the blade assembly 8 if you want to chop up
fresh herbs, cucumber pieces and the garlic cloves. Use the
blade assembly 8 to chop for approx. 10 seconds. Then
add the farmer's cheese and the yoghurt.
Guacamole dip
2 avocados (very ripe)
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 lemon
1/2 teaspoonful of mustard
1 teaspoonful of oil
1-2 tomatoes (quartered)
1 tablespoon of cream cheese

Salt
Pepper
Tabasco

Peel the avocado, remove the stone and place in the
working container 9.

Put garlic, lemon juice, mustard, oil, tomatoes and
the cream cheese into the working container 9. Posi-
tion the lid 3 and chop finely.

Season to taste with sugar, salt and pepper and then
refine with tabasco.
