Description
A read point has identified at least two transponders for which the difference
of the RSSI values is too low ("Min RSSI difference between the two tags in one
read point"). This means that it is not possible for the system to clearly identify
which transponder belongs to the object in the antenna field and should be
read.
If necessary, adapt the value in the parameter "Configuration > Min RSSI
difference between the two tags in one readpoint". Adapt the transmit power if
necessary, increase the distance between the objects if necessary, decrease the
speed of the conveyor system and make sure that there are no transponders in
the direct environment of the CB Gate.
Both read points have detected the same transponder with an almost identical
RSSI value ("Min RSSI difference between the two readpoints"). This means that
it is not possible for the system to clearly identify the orientation of the object.
If necessary, adapt the value in the parameter "Configuration > Min RSSI
difference between the two readpoints". Adjust the transmit power, if
necessary.
Both read points have detected different transponders. This means that it is not
possible for the system to clearly identify which of the two transponders is
currently in the antenna field and should be read.
Make sure that only the objects/transponders that are on the conveyor system
and pass the CB Gate can be detected by its antenna field. If necessary,
increase the distance between the objects, check the antenna alignment and
decrease the radiated power.
The time distance between the transponders/objects to be read is too low so
that the previous read operation was not yet completed when the next object
passed the light barrier. This means that the following read operation is started
late so that the processing time may be too short and the object may not be
read out.
Make sure that the distance between the objects is sufficiently large to ensure
that the read operations can be completed before the next object passes
through the light barrier.
An object has completely crossed the read window and no read operation
(Trigger) was triggered because the previous object is still being processed.
Make sure that the time between the objects is sufficiently large to ensure that
the read operations can be completed before the next object passes through
the light barrier. If necessary, increase the distance between two objects or
reduce the speed of the conveyor system.
No transponder was identified.
No transponder was identified.
The read operation (Trigger) was triggered too late because the previous object
is still being processed. Due to this delay, the current object could not be
detected.
Make sure that the time between the objects is sufficiently large to ensure that
the read operations can be completed before the next object passes through
the light barrier. If necessary, increase the distance between two objects or
reduce the speed of the conveyor system.
The connection to the reader is interrupted or faulty.
Check the device cabling.
