3.9.1 Structure and Principle

DIP switch settings of the FMU are finished before delivery. Therefore, do not change the
settings unless necessary.
The FMU is located in a big or a small fan frame. Its DIP switch can be seen after the fan
frame is removed.

Setting Method
If the fan frame where the FMU is located is
configured with a big fan, the four bits of S1 are
set as OFF;
If the fan frame where the FMU is located is
configured with a small fan, check which socket
of FAN1–FAN4 is connected to a fan. If FAN x
is connected to a fan, set Bit x as OFF and other
bits as ON.
