This socket is used in the following cases:
When ABB or ABA is not configured and

120-ohm transmission cable is adopted,
this socket is connected with lightning
protection board using conversion cable to
introduce E1 signal.
When ABB or ABA is not configured,

this socket is connected with TRA1 using
conversion cable to introduce E1 signal.
For details, refer to information concerning
cable installation in installation manual of
corresponding BTS.
The functions of TRA1 and TRA2 are the
!
same, and so are the functions of TRB1
and TRB2. In optical transmission mode,
these ports can all be used to lead in the
E1 signals converted at TEU.
The conversion slot corresponding to

TEU0 is TRA1 and TRA2, and that
corresponding to TEU1 is TRB1 and
TRB2.
TRA1, TRA2, TRB1 and TRB2 can be

used to lead E1 signals to other cabinets.
When ABB or ABA is configured, TRA1

and TRA2 are used to convert the signal.
