Schedule Meetings

1. Select New Teams Meeting from calendar view in the user's Outlook account.
2. Provide meeting details such as all individual participants.
3. Select the location tab and either select the specific Microsoft Teams Room being included from the list of rooms, or enter
the name of the specific Teams Room if there are numerous Microsoft Teams Rooms in the organization.
