For user assistance, select the Help icon within the Microsoft Teams Room. This launches Microsoft Whiteboard help in a
browser that appears on the Logitech Tap.
View remote presentations
Remote participant content that is shared in the Teams meeting appears on the Dell Interactive Monitor.
1. If you are a remote meeting participant, open the application software on your computer you want to share.
2. Once the document or application is open, the remote meeting participant must initiate a screen share within the Teams call.
3. Select the window or individual application to share with other participants.
4. The remote meeting participant can annotate while presenting, and other participants can also view the content and make
annotations.
