Whiteboarding
Whiteboarding is supported for those attending a previously scheduled Teams meeting or a multipoint meeting (for three or
more participants).
A meeting participant from a Teams client selects Share Content from the Teams client.
The user then selects the Whiteboard application.
In-app options include: Pan and zoom, pen type and color choice, eraser, text box, and sticky notes. Use these tools to
brainstorm, create ideas, and collaborate.
Dell's Interactive Monitors enable users to take advantage of either a single stylus or finger interactivity to move about the
workspace. More interactivity such as zooming in/out of the scalable canvas is also supported.
Teams meeting participants may select the Settings icon and export the whiteboard content to a .PNG file. The .PNG file is
then downloaded to the meeting participant's local Windows download folder.
