 The ironing plate reaches high temperatures; do not touch
it during functioning and until its complete cooling.
 The presses are closed automatically when the machine
is running, do not have body parts or objects beneath
them during the closing.
SAFETY DEVICES
Safety
switch:
This machine is equipped with
switch which cuts the power supply to the whole machine
when the electrical panel is open; only the input terminal
of the external cable (protected by a metal sheet to avoid
accidental contact) remains in tension
 Safety pressure switch:
the safety pressure switch is located at the compressed
air inlet and works to switch the machine off when the
pressure is <5 bar.
 EMERGENCY-STOP
This machine is equipped with a safety device, a red
mushroom EMERGENCY-STOP button, placed on the
front trolley, to stop the machine immediately
PROTECTION DEVICES
The front press is equipped with safety devices that open
the press when raised to avoid crushing of body parts or
things.

RESIDUAL RISK

For the residual risk is defined as a potential
danger arising from the allowed use of the
machine and is impossible to eliminate. Follow
the safety instructions (see "Safety warnings") and
the following guidelines to prevent injury or damage
to things:
- do not keep body parts or objects beneath
presses during the closing (front press, rear press,
shoulder press, cuff press, cuff placket press).
Crush hazard!
- keep body parts and objects at a safe distance
from moving parts (sliding front truck, sleeve
tensioning group, shoulder press) and delimit the
working area. Impact hazard!
- working on the machine only in the command
area, the front of the machine. Impact hazard!
The labels on the machine shows the residual risks
(see "Safety labels").

INSTALLATION

Before any operation, please read carefully the
"Safety warnings".
PACKING
The machine can be packed by (weights and
dimensions see "Technical Section"):
a) Wooden pallet with cellophane:
the machine is blocked on the wooden pallet
with steel straps and the moving parts locked
securely in place with mechanical devices, rope
or tape, thus allowing it to be lifted and moved
by mechanical means (forklift truck or tackles),
and wrapped with a polyethylene bag (PE)
stapled on the bottom of the pallet.
b) Indupack:
as above with an extra carton envelope blocked
on the bottom with steel straps.
c) Other solutions upon request.
UNPACKING AND POSITIONING
Proceed as follows:
a) Remove the machine and the accessories from
its packing by using proper tools.
b) Settle the machine as indicated in "Safety
warnings-Site".
c) Adjust the height of four feet to level the
machine (see "Technical Section"). The height is
set by factory up to 9cm for the use of
mechanical means (forklift truck or tackles) for
handling.
d) Remove all the catches on the moving parts.
