Cause and troubleshooting
Special salt dispenser is not screwed tight.
Screw the special salt dispenser tight.
Detergent substances are deposited there. These
coatings cannot generally be removed with chemicals.

Clean the appliance mechanically.
Hardness range is set incorrectly or the water hard-
ness is too high.

Set the Water softening system to the water hard-
ness or add special salt.
3in1/organic/eco detergent is not effective enough.
Set the Water softening system to the water hard-
ness and use separate detergents (proprietary de-
tergent, special salt, rinse aid).

Washing programme selected too weak.
Select a more intensive washing programme.

sensors chose a weaker programme. Stubborn soiling
cannot be entirely removed.
Only remove large remnants of food and do not
prerinse tableware.
