Work through the strands one at a time until you have straightened all the
hair .
♦
Switch the appliance off when you have finished and pull out the mains
plug . Allow the appliance to cool down completely before storing it .

Cleaning

RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK
► Always remove the plug from the mains power socket before cleaning the
appliance .
► Do not immerse the appliance in water or other liquids to clean it .
WARNING – RISK OF INJURY!
► Allow the appliance to cool sufficiently before cleaning it .
CAUTION – PROPERTY DAMAGE!
► Do not use any aggressive cleaning liquids or solvents . These can damage
the surface of the appliance!

If any hair gets caught in the bristles of the appliance, remove it carefully,
e .g . with your fingers .

Wipe the appliance off with a damp cloth as required .
♦
Allow the appliance to dry fully before using it again or storing it .

Storage

WARNING – RISK OF INJURY!
► Allow the appliance to cool down sufficiently before storing it!

You can hang the appliance up by the hanger 6 .
If you do not intend using the appliance for long periods,

clean the appliance as described in the section "Cleaning" .
♦
Wind up the power cable and fasten it with the Velcro tape supplied .
♦
Store the appliance in a clean and dry location .
