Note:
Do not remove the 2 socket head cap
screws.
4. Start the product.
5. Engage the OPC levers.
6. Disengage the parking brake.
7. Adjust the top nut with a 9/16" socket or wrench
until the rear wheel is stationary when the control
levers are in the neutral position.
a) Tighten the top nut to make the rear wheel go
in reverse.
b) Loosen the top nut to make the rear wheel go
forward.
Note:
Push the control levers and let them
release back into neutral position during the
adjustment procedure.
8. Torque the 2 socket head cap screws to 75 ± 15
ft-lb.
9. Do adjustment for the other side if it is
necessary.
To adjust the neutral switches
1. Engage the parking brake.
2. Loosen the jam nuts on the left and right side of
the product with a wrench.
3. Adjust the neutral bolt on the left side of the
product until the plunger on the neutral switch is
flush with the surface of the neutral switch.
4. Adjust the neutral bolt on the right side of the
product until the bolt does not touch the plunger.
5. Do the steps that follow on the right side of the
product.

WARNING:
clothes and loose items away from
the pump fans.
a) Tighten the neutral bolt to the correct
position, 1 turn at a time. Try to start the
product between each turn. The neutral bolt
is in the correct position when the product
tries to start.
Note:
It is not necessary to keep the
product on if it fully starts when you do this
procedure.
b) Tighten the neutral bolt ½ a turn to 1 turn
more.
c) Tighten the jam nut.
CAUTION:
become bent if you tighten the
jam nut too much. Do not tighten
the jam nut too much.
6. Do the steps that follow on the left side of the
product.
a) Loosen the neutral bolt until it does not touch
the plunger on the neutral switch.
b) Tighten the neutral bolt to the correct
position, 1 turn at a time. Try to start the
product between each turn. The neutral bolt
is in the correct position when the product
tries to start.
Note:
It is not necessary to keep the
product on if it fully starts when you do this
procedure.
c) Tighten the neutral bolt ½ a turn to 1 turn
more.
d) Tighten the jam nut.
CAUTION:
become bent if you tighten the
jam nut too much. Do not tighten
the jam nut too much.
To examine the blades
CAUTION:
balanced blades can cause damage to
the product. Replace damaged blades.
Let an approved service agent help you
sharpen and balance blunt blades.
Look at the blades to see if they are damaged
and if it is necessary to sharpen them.
To replace the blades
1. Remove the blade bolt.
